Blu-O™ LSA-1 Monoclonal Antibody Panel and Blu-O™ LSA-2 Monoclonal Antibody Panel are used as part of a Blue Ocean Biomedical system.

Blue Ocean systems provide data regarding the identification and enumeration of lymphocyte subsets in whole blood. The systems provide population percentages and absolute counts for CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD19+ and CD3-CD56+CD16+ lymphocyte subpopulations.

The LSA-1 and LSA-2 Monoclonal Antibody Panels combine four murine, anti-human monoclonal antibodies in a saline solution. Each antibody is conjugated to a different fluorescent dye for simultaneous identification and enumeration of lymphocyte subsets via their cell surface markers. LSA-1 is a test panel for T cells, while LSA-2 is a panel for T, B and NK cells. The combined data from the two panels provide measurements for total T cells, total B cells and NK cells.
